The terms that govern programmatic access to Arpuro dust monitoring data through the Model Context Protocol.
Effective date: January 2025.
By accessing or using the Arpuro MCP Server (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you have a separate written agreement with Arpuro Labs AS governing your use of Arpuro products or services, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
The Service provides programmatic access to Arpuro dust monitoring data through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service is provided for informational purposes and does not replace professional judgement or regulatory compliance obligations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARPURO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, regulations, and workplace safety requirements. Arpuro does not guarantee that data accessed through the Service meets any specific regulatory standard.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
